Frank has owned and operated the Robert L Summers Insurance Agency since 1983. Frank purchased the agency from Robert Summers who operated it for over 35 years. Frank has continued the tradition that Robert Summers started by providing clients with insurance products they can trust and depend on for themselves and their families. Frank has also continued the tradition of providing insurance for 2 and 3 generations of families who have come to know and trust that he will put them in the right insurance products in the most cost efficient manner.

Frank has been involved in the ownership of retail and manufacturing companies as well over the last 15 years. One of the retail companies he owned grew from $2.5 Million to $8.0 million in less than 5 years. One of the products he manufactured was featured on the QVC Home Shopping Network and was selected as one of the top 20 products in the State of Massachusetts in 1997. He has sat on the Board of Directors of 3 different companies. Frank has experience in owning both commercial and residential investment real estate. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Boston College. He lives in Scituate with his wife and 3 children.
