This membership covers all entities listed below for any tax year. In addition, you have the unrestricted benefit of calling our tax experts on the toll-free "TaxHotline" and you will be entitled to receive our quarterly TaxBulletin:
* Partnerships: This membership includes all items reported on Form 1065 and other related tax forms. Adjustments or other issues that may pass through to the partner’s tax return are not covered. Also includes Limited Liability Partnerships.
* Corporations: This membership includes all items reported on Form 1120 or 1120S and other related tax forms. Adjustments or other issues that may pass through or carry over to the stockholders’ tax return are not covered. Also includes Limited Liability Companies.
* Protection from rarely ever having to meet or talk with the IRS.
* Trusts: This membership includes all items reported on Form 1041 and other related tax forms. In order to qualify for membership, all related trusts and other entities (whether returns are filed or not), including beneficiaries and grantors, must also be members and all the trusts and other entities must be domestic.
* S Corporations: This membership includes all items reported on a corporate Form 1120S for a single-stockholder professional corporation. This membership can only be purchased along with a personal membership covering the stockholder’s Form 1040 tax returns.
